Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications and Branding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing internal communication campaigns and ensuring the consistent application of our global brand strategy.
Main Responsibilities- Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage employees and promote company initiatives.
- Brand Management: Ensure the consistent application of our global brand identity across all internal communication channels.
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content for internal communication channels, including news articles, reports, and awareness materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of company initiatives.
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate internal communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Postgraduate studies in Corporate Communications are highly valued.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in internal communications, brand management, or a related field, preferably in a multinational company or agency.
- Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Language: High-level English language skills (C1).
