Job Summary:

This is a temporary position responsible for making and testing formulations in the R&D Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute experiments and analyze data to develop novel technologies.
  • Perform audits on equipment and document all formulation processes in a lab notebook.
  • Make adjustments to formulas based on quality checks and record results.
  • Prepare simple technical reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
  • Independently perform basic tasks as outlined by supervisor or others.
  • Follow instructions and checklists to set-up equipment and apparatus.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Chemistry or relevant vocational qualification.
  • One to three years paint lab experience (liquid or powder).
  • Experience of analyzing data.
