We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining technology. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that facilitates users in finding the information they need when they need it.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Develop and publish world-class documentation, including user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaboration: Build relationships with product and engineering teams, and actively participate in Agile teams to ensure that documentation is aligned with product development.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Develop expertise in your product area(s) and become a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other teams.
- Documentation Improvement: Analyze feedback, support tickets, and interviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance documentation quality.
- Content Strategy: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Technical Writing: Write, edit, and review product UI components, in-app text strings, and error messages to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Documentation Management: Manage and maintain documentation repositories, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Technical Writing Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing or KCS in enterprise software.
- Content Planning and Organization: Excellent content planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Agile Development Environment: Experience working in Agile development environments, documenting APIs, and other programming languages.
- Web Technologies: Experience with Markdown, HTML, CSS, SQL, or other Web technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
