Job Title: Workshop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the shopfloor organization to meet program requirements, ensuring efficient production management, and coordinating with operator teams and support departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production to meet quality, time, cost, and performance commitments
  • Coordinate with operator teams and support departments to ensure smooth production
  • Develop and implement OES concepts to optimize processes
  • Monitor production status and lead L1 SQCDPF board
  • Ensure availability of parts and productive means
  • Coordinate with site subcontractors to ensure QTCP compliance
  • Manage skills development for personnel and suggest training programs
  • Establish a clear and efficient way of working recognized by the team
Requirements:
  • Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in the area
  • High adaptability to work on new topics and in a networking mode
  • Advanced level in English
