**Job Summary**

To ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of Vertiv products at customer sites, while fostering strong relationships with customers, sales teams, distributors, and other stakeholders within the designated area.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all assigned service calls while on duty.
  • Read, understand, and comply with all procedures outlined in the Field Procedure Manual.
  • Perform all work in a safe manner, adhering to established company safety policies and local regulations.
  • Keep the dispatching center informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of spare parts using established procedures.
  • Submit timely, accurate, and complete paperwork, and debrief performed jobs at customer premises.
  • Maintain the accuracy of customer and installed base databases by reporting errors.
  • Identify and report sales or service leads to the appropriate department.
  • Actively seek technical leads and service business opportunities.
  • Serve as a reference point for key customers in case of emergency and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to assist with day-to-day operational duties.
  • Ensure availability to work during weekends and nights in compliance with local labor laws.

**Qualifications**

  • High school diploma in Air Conditioning or Electrical engineering.
  • Native language proficiency; good English skills.
  • 4 years of experience in technical service areas, working in a service or test environment of Air conditioning equipment.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Well-organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Very flexible work hours.

**Physical and Environmental Demands**

  • A significant amount of after-hours and weekend work, frequently scheduled with little notice.
  • Travel.
