Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to play a key role in the development of our UK customer client base and market share. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns. Your primary objective will be to improve the ecommerce formula by increasing website visitors, conversion rates, average order value, cross-selling, and average purchase frequency rate. You will also be responsible for analyzing results, executing continuous A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze results and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Improve the ecommerce formula by increasing website visitors, conversion rates, and average order value
  • Enhance cross-selling and average purchase frequency rate
  • Coordinate tasks with the sales team to improve pipeline win rate
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual Spanish-English (C2) preferred
