Business Process Analytics & Modelling Team
The Business Process Analytics & Modelling Team is a key player in driving digital innovation at BASF Digital Solutions S.L. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Smart Process Analytics to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge process mining tool.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Specialist Smart Process Analytics, you will be responsible for driving the transition from our legacy platform to the new process mining environment. You will promote the advanced capabilities of our tool to BASF businesses and regions, and support teams with expertise and skill development. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and implementing process mining solutions to drive end-to-end process improvements
  • Supporting the product roll out to other core processes in BASF's operating model
  • Contributing to the strategic roadmap for process analytics and design

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree or diploma in business administration or information sciences
  • At least 4 years of business or business consulting experience
  • Good project management skills and experience in agile working
  • Operational experience in in- or outbound supply chain and/or operational process improvement
  • Proven record of translating report and dashboard findings into business benefits and automation
  • Good knowledge of SAP modules and other standard systems
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven business process mining tools
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
