Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Importante Empresa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of manufacturing processes, ensuring timely escalations to stakeholders in case of deviations or breakdowns.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and report on the progress of production processes, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to cGMP, EHS&S, and Business Excellence guidelines.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Act as Building Captain in case of calamities, leading the emergency response team and promoting collaboration among departments.
- Communication and Escalation: Serve as the first point of contact for operations shift-to-shift escalations and maintain open communication with the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive LEAN initiatives to improve departmental performance, maintain set standards, and promote a culture of excellence.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
- Safety and Quality: Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the production of high-quality products.
Requirements:
- Education: HBO, Bachelor, or Master's degree in relevant subjects, such as technology or Chemical.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience and familiarity with operational organizations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with a natural interest in people and a passion for driving improvements within operations.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch (required) and English (preferred), with strong analytical skills and the ability to make connections easily.
- Initiative and Flexibility: Ability to take initiative, work well in a team, and adapt to changing priorities.
