About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Lastminute Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing Paid Performance Marketing campaigns across different brands and products with a strong focus on SEM.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Performance Marketing, with a focus on SEM, and will be able to leverage data to influence marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Performance Marketing
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a focus on SEM
  • Proven track record of driving traffic and revenue growth through Paid Search campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Performance Marketing
