As a Performance Marketing Manager at Otovo, you will play a key role in executing the performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in Sweden/Norway. This role involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing to meet conversion KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the overall paid media strategy and day-to-day campaign execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and YouTube.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance across various platforms to balance CPA, volume, and ROI.
- Collaborate with local and central marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local country teams to share best practices, strategies, and customer insights.
- Continuously test new creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to meet and surpass target KPIs.
- Fluency in Swedish (and/or Norwegian) (knowledge of additional languages is a bonus but not essential).
- At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of enhancing ROAS.
- Strong knowledge and experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience using Looker visualization tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
