Job Title: Senior Strategy Manager

At Giesecke+Devrient, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Manager to drive the development and documentation of our Mobile Security strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market, technology, and competitor developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead and coordinate M&A activities from target company identification to due diligence.
  • Own and manage strategic program-related reporting and decision-making processes across all management levels.
  • Conceptualize the annual strategy update process and orchestrate strategy workshops to ensure execution of strategic measures.
  • Apply methodologies and tool sets for state-of-the-art strategic analyses.

Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration or Master of Science in business management, industrial engineering, or economics.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
  • Broad experience in M&A across all phases of the process, including target company search, due diligence, and acquisition process.
  • More than five years of professional experience in strategic planning and quantitative/qualitative analytics.
  • Strong management and communication skills, including experience working in international cross-functional internal teams and consultant teams.
