About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Strategy and Growth team in delivering IT solutions that drive business value. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with global business leaders to determine requirements and deliver IT solutions to improve efficiency and generate value.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting desired business objectives.
  • Establish project plans, initiate project mobilization, and confirm project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Direct project team outputs, ensuring overall project success and effective resource utilization.
  • Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, manage risks and issues, and ensure adherence to Data privacy, Security, and Compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in working in the Pharma or IT Industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).
  • Knowledge of/exposure to Drug Research, Development, or Commercialization portfolios is an advantage.
