About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer and Business Support team at Lloyd's Register. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate surveys of marine equipment and components with attending surveyors and clients/manufacturers.
  • Create sales quotes and update sales orders in our business systems.
  • Issue contracts and update client data in our business systems.
  • Liaise with marine equipment and component suppliers and collaborate on client inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and action.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data in our business systems.
  • Liaise with and provide support to other team members, departments, and offices as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
  • Expertise in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • SAP knowledge, particularly Business by Design.
  • Previous experience in a customer-oriented background.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
