About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Planning Analyst to join our Revenue Operations and Acceleration team at Remote. As a key partner to the Director of Sales Planning and Compensation and the VP of Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in providing analyses, reporting, and insights in support of our quarterly and annual sales planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Manage Sales Planning Processes

Develop and manage a reliable, accurate, and streamlined process for building and deploying quarterly quotas. Collaborate with business partners to define key metrics and develop reporting dashboards.

Provide Strategic Insights and Support

Be a strategic business partner to the Director of Sales Planning & Compensation and the VP of Revenue Operations, providing insight, analysis, and support on quarterly goal-setting, quota construction, territory management, headcount planning, and any ad-hoc requests.

Optimize Sales Productivity

Work closely with the Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to optimize sales productivity and provide analysis and support to key stakeholders in Sales Leadership.

Requirements
  1. Experience and Expertise

Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth start-up, or public tech company. Expert modeling skills and extensive knowledge of sales planning processes, including territory management and quota construction.

Leadership and Collaboration

A proven ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization. Experience interacting and collaborating closely with Leaders at the VP level.

Technical Skills

Expertise and familiarity with Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What We Offer

At Remote, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $40,887 USD to $93,373 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including unlimited personal time off, quarterly company-wide day off for self-care, flexible working hours, and 16 weeks paid parental leave.
