Job Summary
Epsilonr is seeking an experienced Analog Design Manager to lead our team of Design Engineers in developing analog and mixed-signal ICs. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for directing and supervising daily activities, setting annual goals for projects and the design team, and providing guidance within the framework of our standard design procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of integrated circuits.
- Manage the entire product development cycle, from definition to release.
- Oversee the activities of the Design Engineering team.
- Allocate resources based on assignments from the Department Manager and established policies.
- Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
- Recruit new team members.
- Mentor and train Analog Design Engineers.
Requirements
- MSEE / PhD or equivalent with 8-12 years of analog circuit design experience.
- Expertise in precision and/or power IC preferred.
- Thorough understanding of industry concepts and practices, with sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques throughout the design process.
- Proven experience in managing IC Design Engineers/teams.
- Experience in guiding analog products through the complete development cycle, from definition to release.
- Ability to lead and direct the activities of staff-level engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
