About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our dynamic Energy practice marketing team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Marketing Manager - Energy Practice, you will play a key role in shaping the energy narrative in the marketplace through impactful content development and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content agenda that showcases BCG's thought leadership in the energy sector, including thought leadership and commercial content.
- Design and implement social media campaigns to amplify BCG's thought leadership on LinkedIn and drive engagement.
- Support the creation and preparation of high-quality internal and external communications using SalesForce, Outlook, and other collaboration tools.
- Provide strategic, operational, and logistics support for priority external engagement programs, including 3rd party events.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of relevant marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree with demonstrated academic achievement.
- Knowledge of marketing systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Sprinklr.
- Excellent written and oral English skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage all levels of seniority.
- Self-starter and good at prioritizing.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks.
- Commitment to execution and attention to detail.
What You'll Work With
You will work closely with the Global Marketing Director - Energy, as well as with other marketing colleagues and energy practice leadership based in offices around the world. BCG's marketing team drives the firm's reputation as a thought leader in the energy sector.
