About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Pvcase. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal guidance and support to our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure contract compliance with applicable laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and facilitating business transactions.
  • Provide accurate and timely legal advice and guidance to employees on various legal matters, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze complex legal issues and propose practical solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, employment agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential legal and regulatory risks associated with commercial transactions and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with external counsel, when necessary, to manage litigation and disputes involving the company.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance legal awareness and promote compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials on relevant legal topics to facilitate understanding across the organization.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of US/EU commercial law, including contract law, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate law.
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions.
  • Proven experience as a legal counsel or attorney with at least 5 (five) years of relevant experience, preferably in an international law firm, corporate and/or business environment.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and evolving nature of the tech industry.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
