About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Launch Manager to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our product launch team, you will be responsible for driving the successful launch of new products across our entire product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cross-functional launch plans, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Manage all aspects of the product launch process, including development, execution, tracking, and communication of launch readiness.
  • Build and maintain product launch plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate regular launch team meetings, publishing notes and action items to team members.
  • Communicate launch readiness to stakeholders across the organization, tailoring information to specific stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop best practices to enable high-quality product releases, streamlining processes as needed.
  • Report on launch metrics post-launch, benchmarking against past launches.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience in product marketing in the high-tech industry, including experience launching new technology products and services.
  • Demonstrated history of management and execution of complex cross-functional projects.
  • Education: BS/BA required. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage in the global, high-tech market reality, balancing competing priorities and deadlines with discipline.
