Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Embedded Banking team. As a key member of our Platforms and Financial Services solution, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of our embedded bank accounts offering to large commerce platforms.

Our team is responsible for creating innovative financial products that meet the needs of our clients. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with our commercial teams and customers to understand their requirements and translate them into product enhancements.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of our banking product, from conception to launch, and ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers. You will also work closely with our development teams to scope and deliver technical projects that build financial products at global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and launch of our embedded bank accounts offering to large commerce platforms
  • Work closely with commercial teams and customers to understand their requirements and translate them into product enhancements
  • Manage the end-to-end process of our banking product, from conception to launch
  • Scope and deliver technical projects that build financial products at global scale

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience with embedded banking products within a fintech- or financial services environment domain
  • Experience in scaling a treasury product
  • Product management experience for embedded banking products in various jurisdictions
  • Strong understanding of Treasury Products like Banking as a Service, Bank transfers (SEPA, RT1 etc), Confirmation of Payee, Bank Statements (CAMT, MT940, etc)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to form a vision and work with engineering teams to implement it
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage priorities to get projects done in time

We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration. We do not offer remote-only roles. This role is based out of our Madrid office.
