About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Procurement and Marketing Strategy to join our team at Sandoz Iberia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our procurement and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Category Strategy Development: Develop and implement category strategic goals aligned with our overall procurement strategy and ecosystem management.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Derive game-changing strategies by defining clear category objectives, working with analytical data, business stakeholders, and market expertise.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage projects considering priorities, resources, budgets, issues, and constraints to achieve desired results.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Support reports to determine appropriate compliance levels, monitor end-to-end compliance, and derive corrective actions to improve compliance.
  • Procurement Tool and Process Development: Support the definition and implementation of procurement tools and processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Manage data analysis and reporting, including analyzing spend, demand, supply markets, and competitors.
  • Demand Management: Ensure the right balance between business needs and Sandoz' strategy.
  • Sourcing and Supplier Relationships Management: Execute the Source-to-Contract process, including respective strategies, approaches, and methods.
  • Business Partnering and Engagement: Actively enlist senior business partners' support within Commercial functions at global and regional levels.
  • Change Management: Act as an impactful change leader within the PLT, for your team and with your stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement and marketing strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience in project management and change management.
