About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with extensive experience in SaaS scale-ups or the renewable energy sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Leverage digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships to generate a strong pipeline.
  • Define and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with Pvcase's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify target markets, customer personas, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Enhance brand recognition and loyalty within the renewable energy sector.
  • Work closely with the product management and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Create compelling product messaging and sales enablement materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a robust PR and thought leadership strategy to enhance the company's public image and position Pvcase as an industry leader.
  • Promote the leadership team's expertise and insights through white papers, research reports, webinars, speaking engagements, and contributed articles.
  • Ensure a consistent presence in industry conferences, webinars, and panel discussions.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly report on marketing performance, insights, and ROI to the executive team.
  • Control and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximize impact and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives results.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling marketing efforts for SaaS companies or within the renewable energy sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
