About the Role
MENA Recruit Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Partner within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Partner's diary, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visa procurement and documentation.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communication, composing responses or redirecting as necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Support the Partner's client development efforts, including relationship building and event coordination.
- Assist with marketing activities, including Personal Marketing Plans and liaison with the Marketing department.
- Update client tracking databases and create presentation materials for client presentations and internal meetings.
- Provide general administrative support, including expense management and timesheet tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years direct executive secretarial experience in a multinational company, professional services firm, or executive-level position within a bank.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French speaking is a bonus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams.
- Strong customer service focus and ability to meet deadlines.
Working Hours
9am-6pm from Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility required on hours worked.
