About the Role

MENA Recruit Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Partner within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Partner's diary, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  2. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visa procurement and documentation.
  3. Screen and prioritize incoming communication, composing responses or redirecting as necessary.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues, handling confidential information with discretion.
  5. Support the Partner's client development efforts, including relationship building and event coordination.
  6. Assist with marketing activities, including Personal Marketing Plans and liaison with the Marketing department.
  7. Update client tracking databases and create presentation materials for client presentations and internal meetings.
  8. Provide general administrative support, including expense management and timesheet tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years direct executive secretarial experience in a multinational company, professional services firm, or executive-level position within a bank.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French speaking is a bonus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to meet deadlines.

Working Hours

9am-6pm from Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility required on hours worked.
