The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and improving our marketing infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of various tools and platforms. Your technical expertise in automation tools, such as Zapier, will enable you to connect and enhance the productivity of the department and the organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve marketing infrastructure, including CRM systems and data management.
  • Implement and maintain workflows, processes, and statistical analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and data science teams to align marketing initiatives with business requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and updates.
  • Perform continuous quality assurance on marketing tools and systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in Python programming.
  • Basic experience with Kanban and project management.
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Git and Linux server management.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • User-centric mindset translating needs into requirements.
  • Detail-oriented in documentation and process management.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
