About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Airline Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Air Suppliers department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with airlines, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve airline performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, ensuring excellent communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve airline relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in airline sales, revenue management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of airline pricing, revenue management, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with airline partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and negotiate contracts.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
