Your Daily Responsibilities:

The Growth Team at Ontruck is in search of a talented individual to assist in our Go-to-Market Strategy in France, addressing the requirements of our B2B sectors and industries. This role is designed for quick impact and growth alongside the business.

As a Go-to-Market Specialist, you will leverage your experience in growth strategies, with a focus on inbound, outbound, and/or account-based marketing approaches. You will collaborate closely with the French business unit, utilizing analytics and actionable insights derived from data to drive business expansion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Crafting Go-to-Market strategies and developing the GTM Plan, working in tandem with the French business to ensure its execution. Identifying business opportunities and generating actionable insights to foster growth and customer retention. Collaborating with the Sales team to establish feedback loops that enhance growth. Leading efforts in analyzing business performance, defining KPIs, segmentation, strategic planning, and utilizing both internal and external data to inform data-driven decisions. Executing Outbound Campaigns and innovating ways to enhance delivery effectiveness. Proposing ideas and recommendations that facilitate improved decision-making for the business. Coordinating with various teams to guarantee that supported projects are completed on schedule and meet high-quality standards. Developing and implementing outbound and inbound strategies for the business units. Additionally, providing support for other initiatives such as market expansion and social media strategies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably within startups. Proficiency in French and Spanish. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong analytical skills, with a proven history of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Competence in presenting and sharing results from various analyses. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse teams. A keen interest in contributing to a dynamic marketing and sales environment. Availability for a full-time commitment, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. What We Offer: Flexible compensation options (meal and transport allowances).
