Job Description

 

Are you a results-driven professional looking to drive business growth and lead marketing efforts? We're seeking a Chief Growth Strategist who can champion our brand and execute growth marketing strategies across various channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute growth marketing strategies, leveraging SEO, PPC, content marketing, webinars, and paid ads to achieve business objectives.
  • Take ownership of both marketing and sales functions, handling discovery calls and consolidating efforts into a seamless role.
  • Represent the brand as its top evangelist, hosting webinars, participating in podcasts, and attending key industry events to build relationships and drive growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with e-commerce and FBA brands, driving client success and scaling growth.
  • Lead sales efforts by managing client acquisition and strengthening ongoing relationships.
  • Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, take-charge attitude.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a track record of driving results and scaling businesses.
  • 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years working with service agencies.
  • 1+ year of experience working in e-commerce, particularly with small brands or FBA sellers.
  • Expert knowledge of Amazon and its impact on e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Confident communicator and public speaker, with experience hosting webinars, speaking at events, or appearing on podcasts.
  • Strong ability to manage client relationships, deliver results across multiple accounts, and lead from the front.
  • Proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Ability to juggle multiple growth initiatives and ensure timely, successful outcomes.
