Join Dsm Nutritional Products as a Senior Manager Finance and drive strategic decision-making across multiple business areas. In this hybrid role, you'll lead impactful financial analyses, influence key stakeholders, and shape the future of our global operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform business analysis for GES Finance, GES HR, GES Procurement & Supply chain, GES D&T and GES Enterprise Service Operations (ESO).
• Influence stakeholders with fact-based data.
• Create business cases to support important decision-making within the current scope of GES Finance, HR, Procurement & SC and D&T.
• Create business cases for new functional activities to be onboarded by GES.
• Provide financial guidance for set-up and coordinate between the different parties involved.
• Perform financial analysis on insourcing versus outsourcing decisions and location.
• Support the GES leads in various projects.

**What You Bring**

• Proven track record and strong background in Finance business partnering & analysis, combined with strategic insights.
• Good understanding of numbers and ability to operate in a complex system/data environment.
• High sense of ownership and accountability, ability to work independently.
• Facility to connect with stakeholders at all levels across the organization and globe.
• Strong modelling skills, strong proficiency in Excel and systems in general.
