The Key Account Specialist for Catering plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with national and regional catering partners.
Your primary responsibility involves negotiating distribution agreements and providing essential support to our sales teams within the catering sector.
Working closely with the Catering Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving both current and future sales and distribution of our product offerings among key catering clients in your market.
You will take charge of mapping and reporting on these accounts.
Your focus will be on maximizing business opportunities profitably while fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our top catering clients.
In collaboration with the Catering KAM, you will develop robust strategies informed by industry and consumer insights, leading to impactful initiatives that promote continuous brand growth with each of your clients.
Job ResponsibilitiesACTIVATION OF WORK OCCASIONS
Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to ensure flawless execution and optimal activations at every sales point.
POINT OF SALE PLACEMENT STRATEGY
Ensure, in partnership with the Catering KAM, the effective preparation of POS placements within your designated universe.
NATIONAL AND REGIONAL CATERING PARTNERSHIPS
Focus on acquiring new clients from the relevant national and regional catering landscape.
Enhance the performance of existing clients through effective joint business planning.
Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull and the clients' businesses.
Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders, including buyers, sales and marketing managers, controllers, logistics managers, and executives, to drive business success.
MAPPING, TRACKING, AND REPORTING ON CATERING ACCOUNTS
In coordination with Musketeers Scouts, measure success by diligently tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics and areas for growth and opportunity.
Maintain and optimize data in the Key Account Tracker, sharing updates on account volume, distribution, execution, and agreements biannually with the Catering Key Account Manager.
QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Key Account Manager in the catering industry.
Proven track record of success in sales and trade marketing.
Strong negotiation and selling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Goal-oriented and solution-focused.
Capability to develop and implement effective sales and trade marketing strategies.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
