About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at TUI. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our on-premises Active Directory Infrastructure, including Domain controllers, GPOs, Domain upgrades, DNS, DHCP, and Windows update.

About the Role

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain controllers, GPOs, and DNS.
  • Administer and engineer Intune, including collection and query creation and management, application and package creation and deployment, content distribution, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Use Intune software update groups to keep Windows workstations and servers patched to correct levels.
  • Act as a consultant to other IT/Applications teams for authentication and SSO setup to achieve business objectives.
  • Support Azure AD – Identity and access management and Azure AD connect, Azure Application proxy, Microsoft Tunnel, and conditional access.
  • Participate in ongoing projects related to Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced systems engineers.
  • Work independently and proactively collaborate with the rest of TUI MM IT teams and TUI Group IT teams.

About You

  • Proficient in Microsoft technologies, especially on AD administration, Windows Server, AAD, ADFS, and Remote Desktop.
  • Detailed understanding of Cloud security, specifically in the area of Azure and the collaboration product M365.
  • Expert knowledge of Intune, including device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access.
  • Proven knowledge in Cloud identity management and its security features (e.g. Conditional access, PIM).
  • Detailed understanding of Identity and Access Management, Modern authentication / SSO, and authorization.
  • AD Restore, Forest, and Domain recovery.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, keeping a team-oriented approach.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking mindset, as well as creative problem-solving skills.
  • Programming basic skills is highly valuable.
  • Effective communication skills in English, Spanish, verbal, and written.
  • Be a continuous learner, daily driving improvements on your own skillset.
