Sales Engineer Industry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer Industry to join our team at AAF/Dinair. As a Sales Engineer Industry, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions in the industry sector, developing strategic sales accounts, and executing commercial targets in the Industry segment for the whole Iberia area.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding customer demands and wishes.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans, achieve sales targets, and increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.
- Provide technical advice to customers, helping them find the most appropriate air filtration solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to expand sales footprint and market awareness.
- Act as a product champion, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring a deep understanding and explanation.
- Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
- A background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
- A proven track record of success in selling high-added-value products, including experience in pricing, negotiations, and account management.
