We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Alfa Laval. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers in understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance process performance, increase efficiency, and reduce waste in the food industry.
- Analyze market insights and customer buying behaviors to develop plans aligned with the business strategy and targets.
- Discover and oversee potential leads from both the market and our customer base, transforming them into viable business prospects to sustain a continuous pipeline.
- Understand the equipment service requirements and define together with the customer how to care for it with the best service plan.
- Degree in Agronomy, Industrial, or a related field.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with at least 3 years of experience in technical sales.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (at least B2 level).
- Preferably reside in the Madrid area, although other options will be considered.
- Availability to travel within Spain.
- Knowledge of separation technology is valued.
- Work in a people-oriented team with dynamic and inspiring colleagues and leaders.
