About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Strategist to join our UK Customer Fulfillment team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and optimizing our finances to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to drive business decisions and make informed judgments on financial challenges.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects by overseeing timelines, priorities, auditing quality, and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Financial Insights: Generate insights from financial data, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and communicate findings with senior stakeholders to drive business actions.
  • Financial Planning: Own the financial and operational plan, create scalable processes, and monitor teams for accuracy to ensure financial reporting is accurate and reliable.
  • Team Development: Onboard, develop, and mentor team members in areas of financial reporting for accuracy, create best practice materials, and promote knowledge sharing.
About the Team

Our Customer Fulfillment team is the foundation of our business, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. We're a dynamic team that's always looking for ways to offer a bigger, better product range - delivered quickly and affordably.

Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in a finance role, including partnering with stakeholders across the business, managing people, and working with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
