**Job Summary**
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Expert to join our Channel Inside Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective sales enablement strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the current business for the Channel Inside Sales Organization, providing expert guidance and support to sales teams.
- Develop and execute sales enablement plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth and achieve assigned quota.
- Collaborate with HP Market, Hubs, and Cluster Channel sales managers to drive sales initiatives and growth.
- Secure the right Knowledge Management in the Channel Inside Sales Organization to drive sales effectiveness.
- May drive SOW growth with distributors who are managing small partners on behalf of HP.
**Requirements:**
- University or Bachelor's degree.
- Typically 8-12 years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level.
- Experience selling to partners in a complex environment.
- Experience managing an Inside Sales Organization or BPO will be considered a plus.
- Poly knowledge will be considered a plus.
**Desired Skills:**
- Thorough understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
- Dimensions include competitive positioning and business models.
- Thorough understanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, and alignment with HP GBU go-to-market strategies, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structure, and business model.
- Thorough understanding of HP's products, software, and services.
- Able to communicate the strengths of HP's offerings relative to the competition, and overcome objections.
- Thorough understanding of Inside Sales Organization ecosystem.
- Ability to motivate inside sales force from the supplier.
- Coordinates and directs efforts across HP sales teams and across business groups.
