About the Role

Rovio, a leading game development company, is seeking a Senior Producer to lead core features and content production on the Angry Birds Dream Blast game. As a key member of the team, you will partner with other producers to drive the game's success forward.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the game team to break down project deliverables into manageable tasks.
  • Facilitate game feature development and content production using agile methodologies.
  • Improve team processes, pipelines, and culture to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as a Producer on live F2P mobile games.
  • Strong knowledge of estimation, scheduling, scoping, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to drive short and long-term improvements in working practices and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
