About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Game Producer to lead the development of our new console project. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality multiplayer experience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, plan, and execute project milestones in line with the overall game vision.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Senior Producer to ensure project success.
  • Create, update, and track project goals, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure timely approvals at studio and publisher meetings.
  • Work closely with People Managers to maintain a positive work environment and ensure employee well-being.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies for issue resolution.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Producer on a AAA title.
  • Deep understanding of the production process and working with technical and creative talent.
  • Experience with A-Z project planning and execution.
  • Strong budgeting, controlling, and reporting skills.
