About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Game Producer to join our team at Sin Nombre. As a Senior Game Producer, you will be responsible for delivering a multiplayer experience across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding game experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and execute milestones in line with the project's overall game vision.
- Work closely with the Executive Producer and Senior Producer on the project.
- Create, update, and track goals, schedules, and budgets.
- Achieve approvals at studio and publisher green light meetings.
- Work in close collaboration with People Managers to ensure the wellbeing of employees and tailor the project's execution accordingly.
- Track and manage issues and risks on an ongoing basis, providing associated mitigation and resolution strategies.
About You:
You have worked as a senior producer with a high level of overall project responsibility for at least one AAA title in the games industry. You have a deep understanding of the production process and working with technical and creative talent. You have experience with A-Z project planning and execution, from hands-on to general, high-level overview and planning.
