Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with experienced producers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and tools.
- Partner with Feature Owners to drive project success from concept to delivery.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, identify dependencies, and capacity planning within the team.
- Maintain project status and progress to ensure timely delivery to players.
- Develop and iterate on team processes to improve overall studio efficiency.
- 5+ years of production experience in development teams.
- Excellent communication and people interaction skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile and its standard practices.
- Experience working with JIRA.
- Natural ability to assess priority of multiple issues rapidly.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-team discussion and organization.
- Willingness to spend time in the details of how games are delivered.
- Experience working in large-scale agile teams.
- Experience working on large live service games.
- Certification as Scrum Master.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the industry.
