Role Overview

The Global Pricing Manager plays a crucial role in our business strategy, ensuring that Welcome Pickups delivers the right services to the right customers at optimal prices. This position is key to balancing revenue growth with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement pricing and promotional strategies that align with financial objectives and enhance price perception.
  • Provide guidance and coordination on pricing expertise across various regions.
  • Consult with teams to refine pricing strategies based on market dynamics and performance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to understand price elasticity.
  • Conduct pricing experiments, assess results, and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a pricing role with experience in managing pricing processes and initiatives.
  • Strong business insight and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive and approachable demeanor.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
