Front Office Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the management of operational departments as required.
- Manage rosters, costings, and forecasting to optimize hotel performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
- Collaborate with other departments to eliminate potential issues and enhance the guest experience.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach to guest requests.
- Ensure the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.
- Oversee the entire guest experience from reservation to departure.
- College degree in hotel management or related field.
- Previous experience in a Front Office management role.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Experience with Front Office Systems (Opera).
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
