Digital Advertising Sales Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Adapt team as a Sales Consultant, where you will play a critical role in providing agile support to mid-to-large brand and performance advertisers. As a member of this dynamic team, you will use your expertise in digital advertising to sell solutions to new and existing advertising customers, educating them on the benefits of Amazon's advertising solutions and providing data-driven insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, penetrate, and develop executive-level relationships with clients, uncovering their unique business needs and delivering tailored advertising solutions.
- Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers by delivering exceptional sales and customer service, leveraging your deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute strategic advertising plans that align with client goals and drive measurable results, utilizing sales CRM tools to measure progress against sales activities and opportunities.
- Drive new business deals to closure by leading with data-driven insights, leveraging your mastery of media and communications to develop annual brand plans and targeted campaign media strategies.
- Provide in-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and forward-looking recommendations for future campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our advertisers achieve their business goals.
Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps that may occur due to extended leave or unexpected account transitions. As a member of the Adapt team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of client businesses, experiencing high-velocity exposure to teams across the organization and clients across different verticals. This role requires strategic digital acumen, the ability to quickly adapt to changing needs, and a proven track record of building trust and driving results.
Requirements- 3+ years of sales experience, with 1+ years of selling advertising or advertising-like services experience.
- Experience with online productivity tools such as Office 365, Salesforce, or similar software.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business, with a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive landscape.
