The Talent Acquisition Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing recruiting activity and building relationships with top talent in the industry. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical needs of our positions and will be able to attract and recruit the best candidates to fulfill our departmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Understand the technical requirements of our positions and departments
- Improve and utilize online tools to discover and attract top candidates
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive strategies, research, networking, and outreach
- Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Communicate with Hiring Managers to stay on track of production plans
- Provide accurate feedback to candidates
- Post job descriptions on relevant websites and university boards
- Report on the status of selection processes
- Attend job fairs as required
- Stay up-to-date on current artistic methodologies and technology trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in 3D animation, VFX, or video game industries
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or similar
- Experience in Recruitment 2.0
- Experience hiring candidates worldwide
- High English level and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
