Key Responsibilities:
The Regional Claims Management Coordinator will undertake the following responsibilities:
Collect and maintain claim data from Non-Conformities (NCs) to ensure the CLM tool or database is current. Facilitate adherence to the claims procedure by providing NCs with guidance on protocols, templates, and reporting. Collaborate with the Corporate Claim Manager (CLM) on strategies that require direct action within their area of responsibility, particularly for high-value claims. Oversee claims that fall within the regional scope, specifically those of lower value. Participate in coordination meetings to update and monitor the regional status of claims management, including both global and domestic claims. Ensure that regional claims are addressed promptly and effectively by the appropriate teams.Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position. Proven ability to deliver results. Technical expertise in wind turbine technology. Strong leadership capabilities. A collaborative approach and a focus on teamwork. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a multicultural business environment. Attributes such as integrity, maturity, initiative, proactivity, and resourcefulness. Strong influencing skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish, with an intermediate level of French considered advantageous.What We Offer:
