About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at Take-Two Interactive. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on PC workstations, Macs, and Dell servers.
  • System Administration: Perform day-to-day administration of tools, applications, and Windows server environment, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and related applications.
  • Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including VPN support.
  • Hardware and Software Deployment: Build and deploy computer workstations and associate software packages, using imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM to ensure standardized deployment.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain procedural and user resolution documentation, and provide training to employees on new systems and technologies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years' work experience in desktop support and/or IT department supporting end-users.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, MCSE certification or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communications skills, written and verbal. Ability to quickly adapt to new and changing technologies.
  • Technical Qualifications: Experience with complex, multi-functional project work, tracking and maintaining progress with systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, etc. Thorough understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory & Office 365 in an enterprise environment.
