Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user support and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, personalized support to customers through various channels, ensuring prompt and professional issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving product and service enhancements.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to inform process improvements and product development.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Proven experience in customer support or user experience roles.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with an outcome-oriented mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, with a willingness to challenge existing processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM/customer service software, with experience in Zendesk a plus.
