Billing Specialist with German Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Billing & Order Entry Specialist with German language skills, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed.
- Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with customers in German and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting dispute resolution and maintaining customer master data.
- Communicate proactively with clients, running calculations for customer offers.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within finance or legal.
- Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work.
- High proficiency with MS Excel.
