About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager Urban to lead our technical project teams in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for piloting the technical aspects of our urban projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, and representing the project technically to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical contractual scope of the project
  • Be accountable for customer acceptance of the project solution
  • Manage project technical risks and corresponding mitigation plan
  • Validate technical design choices with peers and Solution Director
  • Identify applicable regulations in customer country/city and ensure they are taken into account in project solution design
  • Manage project solution, including customization and parameterization of generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments
  • Build and analyze project requirements database (PRD) and allocate requirements to System Program Manager (SPM), Project Industrialization Manager (PrIDM), and to Project Engineering team
  • Act as chairman of Project Change Control Board (CCB)
  • Be responsible for project design and application engineering activities
  • Supervise Verification & Validation activities
  • Be accountable for Engineering WP QCD
  • Provide BOM
  • PRoject Engineering Manager is in charge of the complete validation of the Project Solution
  • Functionally lead the project engineering team
  • Verify Project Safety Case
  • Manage interface with project core team
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. We're looking for an engineer with 3-5 years of previous experience in urban systems, who has worked on cross-functional teams and has knowledge of engineering tasks to be performed. Fluency in French is desirable.
