Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Trainee to join our team at Jollibee Group. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for driving shift sales and profit targets while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Shift Sales: Achieve shift sales targets by effectively managing store operations, supervising crew members, and implementing sales programs.
  2. Customer Service: Address customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring top-tier customer service.
  3. Leave Management: Approve or disapprove leave applications during the shift in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager.
  4. Community Relations: Assist the Store Manager in community relations activities, promoting the company's image and values.
  5. Crew Management: Clarify tasks, activities, and schedules during the shift, ensuring crew members are aware of their responsibilities.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with cash control, employee discipline, and all company policies and procedures.
  7. Crew Productivity: Monitor crew productivity by following crew schedules and man-hours usage, ensuring optimal performance.
  8. Safety and Security: Ensure the effectiveness of safety and security programs, implementing standard procedures and control systems.
  9. Reporting: Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reports, providing valuable insights for management.
  10. Cleaning and Maintenance: Execute cleaning activities, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  11. Program Implementation: Implement assigned programs and ensure standards compliance during the shift, driving business results.
  12. Cost Management: Implement cost management activities, standards, and procedures during the shift, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  13. Customer Surveys: Implement customer surveys and interact with customers during the shift, gathering feedback and insights.
  14. Feedback and Suggestion Systems: Implement feedback and suggestion systems, encouraging crew members to provide input and suggestions.
  15. Manpower Scheduling: Implement manpower scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  16. Store Merchandising: Implement proper store merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  17. Sales Programs: Implement sales programs during the shift, driving sales growth and revenue.
  18. Preventive Maintenance: Implement scheduled preventive maintenance, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
  19. Speed of Service: Implement speed of service programs, reducing turnaround time and improving customer satisfaction.
  20. Leadership: Lead service crew members, ensuring highest product quality and supplies availability.
  21. Office Organization: Maintain office organization and orderliness during the shift, ensuring a productive work environment.
  22. Inventory Management: Maintain optimum inventory levels during the shift, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  23. Crisis Prevention: Manage and implement crisis prevention programs and processes during the shift, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  24. Floor Control: Manage overall floor control and shift operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient store experience.
  25. Crew Performance: Monitor crew performance during the shift, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  26. Crew Morale: Motivate and boost crew morale to achieve shift objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  27. Additional Tasks: Perform other assigned tasks as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
  28. Opening and Closing Procedures: Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensuring a seamless transition between shifts.
  29. Cost Tracking: Track repairs, maintenance, and utilities costs during the shift, recommending measures to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Requirements:

Education: College graduate preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business related courses, Behavioral Science, and Industrial Engineering courses.

Experience: 2-3 years supervisory function in a restaurant or quick service restaurant.
