Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex queries, scripts, and models to analyze the impact of future changes and lane-level performance post changes.
- Identify inefficiencies and underperformance, and compile data to support business decisions that drive year-over-year savings and performance improvement.
- Partner with Senior Managers, Business Stakeholders, Business Intelligence, and Tech Teams to address opportunities and develop tools that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and measure success.
- Work with business intelligence tools, manipulate big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Analysis/Data Analysis or related technical field.
- Fluent in SQL and experience with Python scripting (Pandas, Numpy, Boto3), R, Django, or similar programming languages.
- Experience working with data warehouses, database management, and Oracle and/or AWS products (Redshift, EMR, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
