Responsabilidades- Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de marketing de automatización de CRM y ciclo de vida que se alinee con los objetivos de la empresa para el compromiso del cliente a lo largo de la incorporación, fidelización, retención y reactivación.
- Liderar un equipo dedicado para trabajar a través de las fases de descubrimiento de cada iniciativa acordada en el plan, definiendo el caso de negocio, experiencia del usuario, requisitos de construcción, activos, prueba de concepto y pruebas y despliegue global una vez que se haya realizado el éxito.
- Utilizar datos de clientes y técnicas de segmentación para personalizar la comunicación y las campañas de marketing, asegurando relevancia y efectividad.
- Supervisar el viaje del cliente de principio a fin, identificando oportunidades para mejorar los puntos de contacto, impulsar el compromiso y mejorar las tasas de conversión.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales en Marketing, Producto (Web & CRM), BI, Datos y Ops, para asegurar una experiencia del cliente coherente y fluida en todos los puntos de contacto.
- Definir y monitorear métricas clave de rendimiento relacionadas con la efectividad del CRM para asegurar que cada elemento de nuestro programa CRM sea globalmente consistente y optimizado.
- Trabajar con el equipo de cumplimiento para asegurar que estamos cumpliendo con las regulaciones globales de datos y marketing.
- 5+ años de experiencia en marketing digital y/o gestión de campañas de CRM.
- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos superiores y pensamiento estratégico.
- Comprensión de herramientas de automatización de marketing como Salesforce Marketing y Pardot.
- Experiencia trabajando con Jira o otras herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Experiencia trabajando con Tableau, Power BI o otras herramientas de informes.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas y capacidad para producir informes y proporcionar recomendaciones estratégicas motivadas por datos.
- Experiencia trabajando con plataformas de segmentación y marketing por correo electrónico.
- Nivel alto de motivación y iniciativa, capacidad para motivar al equipo y anticipar las necesidades de la empresa.
- Experiencia trabajando en una empresa multinacional con múltiples stakeholders es una ventaja.
