Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the golf industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the golf industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including golf course owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an outside sales role, preferably in the golf industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service and/or sales-facing position.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of golf clubs, footwear, and apparel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • High level of energy and professionalism.
  • Exceptional follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales practices.
  • Ability to grasp, learn, and communicate complex concepts quickly and independently.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and make recommendations on potential solutions.
  • Ability to convincingly present product and brand using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and work against business deadlines.
  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to multi-task and focus on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and/or priorities.
  • Ability to successfully complete tasks within required deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to travel is required.
